ISPM 15 is an international phytosanitary standard requiring raw wood packaging materials to be heat-treated to eliminate pests before international transport. Every wooden crate we build bears the recognized IPPC heat-treatment stamp, preventing customs rejection at destination ports worldwide.
Can you pack and lash equipment at our factory or project site?
Yes. Our mobile packing and lashing teams travel across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates equipped with tools, timber, and lashing gear to package cargo directly on your site.
Do you provide a Lashing Certificate for the shipping line?
Yes. For flat rack and open-top containers, shipping lines require an official Lashing & Securing Certificate prior to loading. We inspect the lashing points, verify the breaking strengths, and issue the necessary certificate.
How do you prevent rust and corrosion during ocean transit?
We wrap machinery in Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) protective film, enclose it within heavy-gauge aluminum barrier foil, extract the air with vacuum pumps, and insert calculated desiccant packs to keep relative humidity below 30%.
